The eye pillow is amazing at helping you relax and get to sleep as the weight on your eyes tells your brain to stop looking for stimulus through the eyes (even though they are closed!) and this in turn slows a racing mind that is thinking about all the events of the day (sound familiar?) and helps you ease off into sleep.

You can use these eye pillows cold, warm or just at room temperature. The small size is perfect for over your eyes or to use as a mini heat pack on your body.

The sleep balm is great for putting on your temples or pulse points and contains lavender, rosewood and vanilla essential oil to help you get to sleep.
